Let us put your mind at ease with some answers to your questions. If one of your questions aren’t answered; send us an email using the link below.
-
You can contact us via email to make an appointment or enquiry about our service at info@newperspectivespractice.com
-
All of our clients begin their journey with an initial consultation. At this appointment you will work with a Dr. Emma who will offer guidance and recommendations on what pathway is most appropriate for you.
-
Currently the practice is offering online services only via the secure platform Zoom. However, in some very exceptional circumstances in person appointments may be suggested or offered. In person sessions for psychoeducational (dyslexia/dyscalculia) assessments are facilitated based on the child's location.
-
No. Dr. Emma is passionate about a tailored and individualised plan for each of our clients. The frequency of therapy will be based on your needs and varies from person to person.
-
Our practice will communicate primarily via email with our clients. However, phone contact is often required during the initial stages of starting with the service.
-
Get in touch! Send us an email to enquire about an appointment. We will work with you to find an available day and time. Once you have confirmed the appointment we will talk you through our pre-consultation process.
-
We understand that sometimes appointments will need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. If for any reason an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior, you will not be refunded and the full cost for that appointment will be charged. Emergency cancellations/absences will be considered on an individual basis. When an appointment is forgotten, cancelled, or rescheduled without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to provide that time to another client waiting for our service.
